Founding Pack terms

The short version: a Founding Pack is a pre-order of store credit, gear and membership perks — it is not an investment. Your digital perks arrive straight away, your founder Webbles are waiting in your account when the app launches (targeted Q1 2027), and if we don't deliver, you get your money back.

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply between you and Webble ("WEBBLE", "we", "us") when you buy a Founding Flock pack ("pack") through webble.com.au. They sit alongside our site terms and privacy policy. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.

2. What you're buying

A pack is a one-off purchase of products and perks: founder Webbles (store credit), physical gear, and founder membership benefits. The inclusions for your tier are those listed on the founders page at the time of your purchase, and are confirmed in your order email.
A pack is not an investment, security, share, loan or financial product. It carries no ownership in Webble, no financial return, and no promise that anything you receive will gain monetary value. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
"Founder", "founding member" and "Founding Flock" are community membership titles. They don't make you a founder, shareholder, director, employee, agent or representative of the Webble business, and confer no rights in the company or its decisions.
Free reservations are non-binding and are not a purchase — these terms apply only once you pay for a pack.

3. Founder Webbles (your store credit)

Founder Webbles are promotional store credit redeemable in the WEBBLE app and shop for gear, rewards and perks once the app launches.
They are account-bound: they can't be transferred, gifted, sold, traded or exchanged for cash, and they have no cash value.
Founder Webbles never expire.
The number of Webbles per pack steps down in published stages as the founding round fills. The opening founder rate is the best Webbles-per-dollar rate at which Webbles will ever be sold — we commit to never selling Webbles at a better rate after the founding round, including in promotions.

4. Founder perks & multipliers

"Lifetime" perks (earning multipliers, founder status, annual founder drops) last for the life of your account while the WEBBLE service operates, provided your account remains in good standing.
Multipliers apply to points you earn in the app under the earning rules in force at the time. Earning rates, caps and mechanics shown before launch are previews and may be tuned for launch — your multiplier and your purchased Webble balance will not be reduced.
Limited tiers (e.g. Flock Founder and Golden Feather) are capped at the numbers published on the founders page. Numbered membership is allocated in order of completed purchase.

5. Delivery

Straight away: your founder badge, membership number, community access and founder account (showing your Webble balance) are provided at or shortly after purchase.
Beta access: founders get access to the WEBBLE closed beta before public launch. Beta timing is announced as launch approaches; the beta is a work-in-progress preview and its features may differ from the released app.
Gear: first-run gear (tees, hoodies, gear sets) ships ahead of app launch. We'll email you a shipping window once production is confirmed, and tracking when it ships.
The app: launch is targeted for Q1 2027 on iOS and Android. Your Webbles become spendable at launch.
If launch is materially delayed, we'll tell you promptly and keep you updated.

6. Refunds

Change of mind: you can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your gear hasn't shipped and your Webbles haven't been spent.
If we're late: if the WEBBLE app has not launched by 30 June 2027, you can request a full refund of your pack price at any time until it launches. Gear already delivered is yours to keep.
If we don't deliver: if we cancel the founding program or fail to supply what you purchased, you'll receive a full refund without needing to ask twice.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

7. Pricing & payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
We may close, pause or re-price unsold packs at any time. Completed purchases are never re-priced.
One pack per tier per person unless the founders page says otherwise. We may cancel and refund orders that look automated, fraudulent or made to resell.

8. Fair play

Don't buy packs to resell them, spoof accounts to stack perks, or abuse the founding program. We may cancel and refund orders (and remove perks) involved in misuse.

9. If things change

We may update these terms for future purchases, but changes won't reduce what you've already bought: your Webble balance, your multiplier and your tier's listed inclusions are locked at purchase.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the founding program. Our total liability in connection with a pack is capped at the amount you paid for it, except where the law says otherwise.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
