The short version: the app isn't live yet. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Numbers shown on this site (points, earnings, examples) are illustrative until launch.

1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply between you and Webble ("WEBBLE", "we", "us") when you use webble.com.au or join the early-access waitlist. Separate in-app terms will apply when the WEBBLE app launches.

2. Pre-launch status

The WEBBLE app and rewards program are in development and not yet available.
Anything on this site describing earnings, points, rates or tiers is a preview and may change before launch.
Joining the waitlist gives you a place in the early-access queue. It does not guarantee access dates, rewards or pricing.

3. Rewards & points

Points are promotional rewards redeemable within the WEBBLE ecosystem (gear, gift cards, perks). They are not money, not an investment, and carry no promise of monetary value.
Nothing on this site is financial advice or an offer of securities.
Earning rates shown anywhere on this site are examples only and may differ at launch.

4. The waitlist & referrals

One entry per person. We may remove entries that look automated or fraudulent.
Referral boosts (queue jumps) are a perk, not a right, we may adjust or cap them to keep the queue fair.

5. Health disclaimer

WEBBLE encourages walking and running. Exercise carries risk, you're responsible for your own health and safety, and should get medical advice before starting a new exercise routine if you have any concerns. Move within your limits and obey local road rules.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape the waitlist, spoof activity, or abuse the referral system. We may remove access for misuse.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
