1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply between you and Webble ("WEBBLE", "we", "us") when you use webble.com.au or join the early-access waitlist. Separate in-app terms will apply when the WEBBLE app launches.

2. Pre-launch status

• The WEBBLE app and rewards program are in development and not yet available.
• Anything on this site describing earnings, points, rates or tiers is a preview and may change before launch.
• Joining the waitlist gives you a place in the early-access queue. It does not guarantee access dates, rewards or pricing.

3. Rewards & points

• Points are promotional rewards redeemable within the WEBBLE ecosystem (gear, gift cards, perks). They are not money, not an investment, and carry no promise of monetary value.
• Nothing on this site is financial advice or an offer of securities.
• Earning rates shown anywhere on this site are examples only and may differ at launch.

4. The waitlist & referrals

• One entry per person. We may remove entries that look automated or fraudulent.
• Referral boosts (queue jumps) are a perk, not a right, we may adjust or cap them to keep the queue fair.

4a. The Referral Race

The Referral Race is a game of skill: winners are determined solely by an objective count of valid referrals, with no element of chance.

• How to win: refer the most people to the WEBBLE waitlist using your personal referral link. Provisional standings (shown on this site) count referrals who have confirmed their email via the link we send them. Final standings — which decide the prizes — count referred people who have confirmed their email and activated their WEBBLE app account with a first verified session within 30 days of public launch.
• Race period: from 14 August 2026 until final standings settle 30 days after the WEBBLE app's public launch. We may announce an earlier end date with at least 14 days' notice on this page.
• Prizes: 1st place — a Golden Feather founding pack plus a headline prize with a value of at least A$2,000, revealed before launch; 2nd–3rd — a Flock Founder pack and a first-wave gear set each; 4th–10th — a Waddler pack each. We may increase prizes but will never reduce them. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. If you've already bought the same or a higher pack, we'll upgrade you to the next tier or provide equivalent store credit.
• Prize eligibility: prize winners must be Australian residents, verify a unique Australian mobile number when asked (top contenders only, before awarding), and provide a name-matched delivery address to collect. One prize position per person.
• Ties are broken in favour of the entrant who joined the waitlist earlier.
• Fair play: self-referrals, bots, duplicate, alias or disposable email addresses, and purchased or incentivised fake signups don't count — automated filters exclude them and we audit the leading entries before awarding. Disqualified positions are forfeited and the next legitimate entrant is promoted.
• Leaderboard: a top-10 leaderboard showing partially masked email addresses may be displayed on this site. Joining the waitlist with a referral link means you're in the race automatically — contact us to opt out of the leaderboard display.
• Entry is free. Winners are notified by email at launch. Our referral counts are determinative, subject to the fair-play audit. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4b. Referral milestones

• Every waitlist member earns these guaranteed rewards as their valid referrals add up: 3 referrals — a launch-day boost on your account; 10 referrals — a founders tee from the first production run; 25 referrals — a Waddler founding pack (upgraded to the next tier, or equivalent store credit, if you already own that pack or better).
• Milestones use the same valid-referral definition, final-count rule and fair-play audit as the Referral Race, and the same referrals count toward both.
• Rewards are issued at or shortly after app launch, are not transferable, and have no cash alternative.
• We may add higher milestones over time; we will not reduce a milestone reward for anyone who has already reached it.

4c. Post & earn

• Signed-in members can earn Webbles by sharing WEBBLE on social media and submitting a link to their own public post through their account. Every submission is reviewed by a person; Webbles are credited only for approved posts, at the rate shown in your account at the time you submit (currently 50 Webbles per approved post).
• Limits apply and are shown in your account (currently up to 3 posts in review at once and 10 paid posts per season). We may change rates and limits for future submissions, but never for a post already approved.
• We may decline posts at our reasonable discretion — including spam, engagement-bait, duplicate or recycled content, posts on inactive or fake accounts, or anything that misrepresents WEBBLE. Fraudulent submissions may forfeit earned Webbles under clause 6.
• Webbles earned this way are ordinary closed-loop Webbles: spendable on pre-launch reward drops in your account and carried into the app at launch. They are not money, are not transferable, and have no cash alternative.
• If we ever pay you or gift you products beyond Webbles for content, you must disclose the relationship in the post (for example #ad), consistent with Australian advertising guidance.

5. Health disclaimer

WEBBLE encourages walking and running. Exercise carries risk, you're responsible for your own health and safety, and should get medical advice before starting a new exercise routine if you have any concerns. Move within your limits and obey local road rules.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape the waitlist, spoof activity, or abuse the referral system. We may remove access for misuse.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
